Qoya is a feminine movement practice that combines yoga and dance and invites us to expand our capacity for pleasure in the body. The practice is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember, as women, that our essence is wise, wild and free.
Qoya classes at Gather are held in a non-judgemental space in a community of like-minded women, so you are free to explore what the practice means to you.
