We’ll break down reproductive hormones and how they can affect your health and wellbeing when not in check, how to improve hormone regulation by improving innate bodily functions and then dive into the power of wholefoods and a hormone-loving diet.

You’ll soon learn that certain nourishing foods can play a huge role in balancing our hormones in every stage of our lives, and Renee will give you a plethora of tips for incorporating these wonderful foods into your every day.

Renee is a qualified and experienced naturopath, mother to two young boys and a passionate foodie and greenie. She has a strong food as medicine approach to the way she practices naturopathy and prides herself on her practical and easy to implement advice. She believes that knowledge is power and that everyone should be given the opportunity to learn about how their body works and how they can better their health in the every day.
