Beauty Routines from Ayurveda

Ayurveda is one of the world’s most powerful mind-body health systems, originating in India.

In this practical hands-on workshop we’ll learn the natural ayurvedic approach to radiance and beauty, explore age-old beauty routines, create and apply natural salves and masks, and discuss the importance of staying healthy, balanced and at peace to really radiate wellness through all stages of life.

We'll share stories, learn from a great circle of women, explore ayurvedic wisdom, practice a deeply clarifying meditation, and relax with nourishing food and chai.

Led by Niveen Rajabdeen

Niveen is an ayurvedic lifestyle consultant and yoga and meditation teacher who has trained in both Indian and Sri Lankan approaches to ayurveda. Niveen offers ayurvedic wellness plans, traditional ayurvedic massage and specialised treatments from panchakarma such as shirodhara (for insomnia, migraine, hair and scalp health, relaxation and stress relief) and vasti (for back/neck/shoulder and knee joint and muscular pain relief). In addition to classic yoga and meditation classes she also teaches sequencing aligned with ayurvedic principles to address specific health concerns.
