Heart Medicine

Our heart is our most intuitive organ. It senses things the mind cannot. In this workshop, we will learn about the heart on an energetic and intuitive level, with a focus on using herbal medicines and flower essences to heal the heart on an emotional level.

We will learn about the many ways traditional cultures have viewed the heart as an organ of perception that enables us to perceive in a way our rational mind cannot. We will discuss integrating this ancient knowledge into a modern context to benefit our daily lives.

This class will be very helpful for those struggling in the realm of dating and relationships, as well as for those looking to deepen their connection with their intuition.

A specific emphasis will be placed on connecting with your own heart and your own intuition as Caitlin guides us through a heart opening meditation to explore some of the ideas discussed.
