Herbs For Kids

Join us for this fun and informative class to learn all about using simple and gentle herbs for common childhood ailments.

We will chat about the safe use of herbal medicine for kids’ colds, flus, digestive issues including constipation, tummy bugs, sleep disturbances, anxiety and more.

We will also focus on the medicinal properties and applications of common herbs such as chamomile, lavender, peppermint and ginger, and many of the herbs we discuss will already be in your kitchen spice rack.

Included in the workshop are recipes to recreate at home and share with your children.

Led by Caitlin Covington

Caitlin is a clinical herbalist and has spent the past decade studying with a variety of traditional healers, herbalists, and naturopaths to learn the science and art of using herbs and food as medicine. She specialises in women’s hormonal and reproductive health (menarche to menopause), digestion, skin issues, anxiety/depression, adrenal fatigue, allergies, and detoxification.

Caitlin is available for one-on-one sessions each Monday and Tuesday at Gather.
