Prenatal Yoga

An intimate class that nurtures the expecting mother both physically and emotionally. Combining yoga, breathwork, relaxation, connection and community.

Suitable for all pregnant women in their second and third trimesters given they have their doctor’s approval.

Stephanie blends her intuitive feminine nature with an in depth knowledge and understanding of the female body in her unique class offerings. She believes in meeting her students where they are on any given day, balancing the yin and the yang for the modern day woman.
