Women's Yoga

An intimate class combining dynamic feminine flow, revitalising pranayama, deep restorative poses and meditation. This class steps away from the linear movements in traditional yoga in favour of a nourishing rounded practice allowing the women who gather to feel grounded, restored and connected.

All levels of experience welcome.


Led by Stephanie Williams
Stephanie blends her intuitive feminine nature with an in depth knowledge and understanding of the female body in her unique class offerings. She believes in meeting her students where they are on any given day, balancing the yin and the yang for the modern day woman.
