You’re invited to this free introductory session to learn about our new offering, the Mother’s Circle, a monthly gathering for mothers of all ages and stages to come together for timeout and connection.
The Circle will be an opportunity to nurture yourself, deepen your mindfulness practice, create deep, lasting, supportive connections, share stories, develop rituals and enjoy delicious treats. Together we will reflect deeply on our own experiences and tune into what we need to feel nourished, supported and confident to be the best mothers we can be.
Lead by mother, yoga teacher and Mindful Mamas facilitator Alicia Crawford Bell, each session will include mindfulness practices, opportunities for reflection and connection, discussion in circle, workshop activities, treats and tea.

Led by Alicia Crawford Bell
Alicia is a mother, a Yin yoga teacher and a Mindful Mamas facilitator. She has a deeply held passion and commitment to living a low-impact life. She and her family live off-the-grid in a Tiny House and spend most of their time living and contributing to an intentional community in northern Victoria. Alicia has a passion for working with women and young people and is particularly interested in helping people through major life transitions, including motherhood.
