Making time for self-care can be challenging for mothers. As women, we become accustomed to putting the needs of others ahead of our own. We often feel drained from a seemingly endless ‘to-do’ list, pulled in so many different directions with the demands of balancing family, work and life. But looking after ourselves and prioritising our own needs is the most loving act of all because it allows us to mother from a place where we feel centred, strong and whole.
Gather with us for our monthly Mother’s Circle as we explore the topic of self-care, share stories of our own experiences, learn tips from other mothers and leave with a plan for how to integrate more ‘me-time’ into our lives.
About Our Mother’s Circle
Our Mother’s Circle is a monthly gathering for mothers of all ages and stages to come together for timeout and connection. The Circle is an opportunity to nurture yourself, deepen your mindfulness practice, create deep, lasting, supportive connections, share stories, develop rituals and enjoy delicious treats. Together we will reflect deeply on our own experiences and tune into what we need to feel nourished, supported and confident to be the best mothers we can be.
