The transition into motherhood is an intensely transformational time for any woman. It is not only our day to day life that changes dramatically but also our identity—who and how we are in the world, our whole being—changes as we step into this new chapter of life.
The transition can be challenging, unsettling and we may get lost in it for some time, but what if we viewed this time as an opportunity to renew ourselves or to rebirth parts of ourselves we wish to bring into the world?

Share stories of your own experience, learn more about the physical, psychological and social changes that can occur during this extraordinary time and explore how to more fully love and celebrate the amazing mother that you are.
About Our Mother’s Circle
Our Mother’s Circle is a monthly gathering for mothers of all ages and stages to come together for timeout and connection. The Circle is an opportunity to nurture yourself, deepen your mindfulness practice, create deep, lasting, supportive connections, share stories, develop rituals and enjoy delicious treats. Together we will reflect deeply on our own experiences and tune into what we need to feel nourished, supported and confident to be the best mothers we can be.

Alicia is a mother, a Yin yoga teacher and a Mindful Mamas facilitator. She has a deeply held passion and commitment to living a low-impact life. She and her family live off-the-grid in a Tiny House and spend most of their time living and contributing to an intentional community in northern Victoria. Alicia has a passion for working with women and young people and is particularly interested in helping people through major life transitions, including motherhood.
