It takes a village to raise a mother.
Being a mother can be hard work. But it is also a beautiful time of growth, transition, change, deepening and selfless love. Having a strong and supportive network around you can make all the difference in how you feel about and cope with your motherhood journey.
Gather with us for this monthly Mother’s Circle as we discuss the importance of support and connection. We’ll look at how to build strong, nurturing and meaningful relationships with friends and relatives and explore ways to deepen and expand our own ‘circle of love’.
About Our Mother’s Circle
Our Mother’s Circle is a monthly gathering for mothers of all ages and stages to come together for timeout and connection. The Circle is an opportunity to nurture yourself, deepen your mindfulness practice, create deep, lasting, supportive connections, share stories, develop rituals and enjoy delicious treats. Together we will reflect deeply on our own experiences and tune into what we need to feel nourished, supported and confident to be the best mothers we can be.
