Relationships come in all shapes and sizes. So too do parents. For many people, the transition and ongoing changes, challenges and surprises that raising children can bring can cause a strain on the relationships with significant others in our lives.
Gather with us for our monthly Mother’s Circle to reflect on your relationships with key people in your life. We’ll explore where you might like to put a little more intention or energy into nurturing these important connections and what the benefits might be to yourself, your relationship and your family.
About Our Mother’s Circle
Our Mother’s Circle is a monthly gathering for mothers of all ages and stages to come together for timeout and connection. The Circle is an opportunity to nurture yourself, deepen your mindfulness practice, create deep, lasting, supportive connections, share stories, develop rituals and enjoy delicious treats. Together we will reflect deeply on our own experiences and tune into what we need to feel nourished, supported and confident to be the best mothers we can be.
