Reflect on your own experience of being parented and of parenting, become more aware of how your thoughts, feelings and actions impact on the lives of your children, set intentions and build resilience to parent the way you truly want to, learn tips and techniques to bring more mindfulness into the home for yourself and your loved ones and leave feeling understood, supported and nurtured by your fellow mothers.
About Our Mother’s Circle
Our Mother’s Circle is a monthly gathering for mothers of all ages and stages to come together for timeout and connection. The Circle is an opportunity to nurture yourself, deepen your mindfulness practice, create deep, lasting, supportive connections, share stories, develop rituals and enjoy delicious treats. Together we will reflect deeply on our own experiences and tune into what we need to feel nourished, supported and confident to be the best mothers we can be.
Led by Alicia Crawford Bell
Alicia is a mother, a Yin yoga teacher and a Mindful Mamas facilitator. She has a deeply held passion and commitment to living a low-impact life. She and her family live off-the-grid in a Tiny House and spend most of their time living and contributing to an intentional community in northern Victoria. Alicia has a passion for working with women and young people and is particularly interested in helping people through major life transitions, including motherhood.
