In this workshop we will discuss tips and techniques for bringing your body into a state of harmony before trying to conceive to ensure a healthier pregnancy and a healthier baby.

We’ll cover:

  • Preconception nutrition

  • Conscious conception: preparing the mind, body and soul

  • Your fertility 101: how to read your body's signs of fertility to identify ovulation time

This workshop is designed for women who are planning to fall pregnant within the next 6 to 12 months.
