Daring to Rest

Join Zoe Kanat, meditation and mindfulness teacher, for a workshop on letting go, clearing tension and learning to rest.

Zoe will guide us through the first phase of the Daring to Rest™ program, which is a system for taking back rest using an ancient yogic sleep tool that feels a looks like a nap.

We will:

  • Experience deep relaxation

  • Learn how to drop worrying and overwhelming thoughts

  • Discover a simple, restful tool to get to sleep and get back to sleep when we wake

  • Begin to serve from a place of fullness

A wonderful workshop for all of us, and particularly helpful if you are struggling with insomnia, stress, anxiety, and/or exhaustion.

Includes a recorded meditation to take home and continue the practise.

Led by Zoe Kanat

Zoe is a qualified meditation teacher, mindfulness educator and coach and trained psychotherapist and counsellor. She has a beautiful, calming presence and loves to share her insight and knowledge of yoga and meditation with women to help them find their balance and a deep sense of rest and calm.
