Pregnancy loss can challenge the mind-body connection. There is often an overwhelming feeling that our bodies have failed us, and our relationship with our bodies can become complex as we move through this experience.
This workshop will focus on reintegrating with the physical body after the loss of a pregnancy, using an Ayurvedic approach to support the journey of grounding and re-connecting to the earth (foundational) and water (mother) elements.
Participants will be led through a gentle physical practice comprising yin yoga and restorative yoga postures, breathwork, and plenty of modifications to suit everybody. This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and focus your energy and love inwards to support the healing process.
