Private Birth Class

If you’re looking for more tailored birth education, we offer private sessions in person or via Zoom. These sessions are designed specially for you and your needs and can cover any or all of the following:

  • Emotional support and a safe space to talk through conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenthood

  • Birth education including preparing for a physiological or caesarean birth

  • Birth debriefing

  • Birth options and rights

  • Practical support to navigate the system

  • Birth mapping/planning/preferences

  • Postpartum planning

  • Postpartum support

  • Motherhood support
